A systematic study of the low-temperature specific heat (0.1 K less-than-or-equal-to T less-than-or-equal-to 2 K) of As(X)Se(1-x) glasses is reported. The linear specific-heat contribution which is attributed to low-energy excitations arising from two-level tunneling states shows a pronounced dependence on the average coordination number m = x 2 with a minimum in the vicinity of the threshold of rigidity percolation m(c) = 2.4.
