A new mechanism of freezing phenomena and dielectric losses with Vogel-Fulcher law behaviour in ferroelectric relaxors of PMN-type is proposed. New possible relaxor systems including the ferroelectric-antiferromagnetic relaxor case are discussed in this connection.
