A model of phase transitions in solid solutions of incipient ferroelectrics has been developed. The novel feature of the model is considering the impurities being aligned in an extended internal electric field produced by randomly oriented nanoscale percolative clusters. The phase transition is of the first kind and there exists a critical point in an external electric field.
