This is the first report on diagnosis of genital chlamydia infection in BP by electromicroscopy. CO 2-laser, topical, intralesional and systemic interferon alpha/gamma therapy showed a complete clinical and histological remission only for some months. We observed in both cases a recurrence of the lesions with prominent alteration and early tumor invasion and radical operation followed. |
