Online databases and sources of information

Abstract

The Internet can prove to be a useful source of information for experts involved in the field of occupational skin diseases. Information on occupational dermatoses, prevention strategies, as well as contact allergens and hazardous substances is provided by different national and international institutions and authors. Websites and databases exist that may be helpful when it comes to the management and prevention of occupational skin diseases and the identification of an appropriate protective equipment (e.g., protective gloves).
