Zusammenfassung:
This recommendation assesses the impact of an occupational contact allergy to methyldibromo glutaronitrile with regard to the reduction of the earning capacity in cases of occupational skin disease according to No. 5101 of the German list of occupational diseases. Since its ban from cosmetics and body care products by EU law, Methyldibromo glutaronitrile is also decreasingly being used in occupational settings. Today, there are only very few relevant occupational exposures left. Therefore, the impact of an occupationally acquired sensitization to methyldibromo glutaronitrile is regarded "low grade".
