Zusammenfassung:
Several methods for developing services have been published in research, but only few find their way into practical application. In this study, which is also the first part of a superordinate DSR project, we conduct a literature review and analyze service engineering methods. The results will be used to derive practically tested methods and implement a supporting tool. © Copyright 2018 for the individual papers by the papers' authors.
