Zusammenfassung:
The successful introduction of the popular blended learning method Flipped Classroom (FC) is a major challenge because many stakeholders are affected. However, the transformation is dependent on the commitment of engaged individuals, who rarely have access to institutionalized support. Repeatable descriptions of strategic approaches and recommendations for how to manage a successful change in Higher Education Institutions are rare. This paper aims to synthesize research findings concerning Change Management (CM) approaches in a flipped learning context. Based on a systematic literature review, we develop a Guideline with specific recommendations for successful CM to develop and implement FC courses.
