However, the transformation is dependent on the commitment of engaged individuals, who rarely have access to institutionalized support. Repeatable descriptions of strategic approaches and recommendations for how to manage a successful change in Higher Education Institutions are rare. This paper aims to synthesize research findings concerning Change Management (CM) approaches in a flipped learning context. Based on a systematic literature review, we develop a Guideline with specific recommendations for successful CM to develop and implement FC courses.
