An electron paramagnetic resonance study of electron polarons in BaTiO3 and hole polarons in BaTO3 and KTaO3 is presented. Their properties are strongly determined by Jahn-Teller effects. There are three manifestations of electron polarons, including bipolarons. Hole polarons can exhibit static as well as dynamic Jahn-Teller coupling.
