An isothermal section of the quasiternary system ZnO-TiO2-Nb2O5 at 1473 K is presented. Lattice parameters and phases on the quasibinary cut TiO2-ZnNb2O6 are discussed. A new phase, ZnTiNb2O8 was found on this section. It has the structure of the alpha-PbO2 related ixiolite with statistical distribution of the three metal atoms on the cation sites.
