Electrons are the dominant photoinduced charge carriers, and the Hall mobilities mu for migration along and perpendicular to the c axis are determined as mu(parallel to c), = (4 /- 1) x 10(-6) m(2) V-1 s(-1) and mu(perpendicular to c) = (1.3 /- 0.3) x 10(-6) m(2) V-1 s(-1).
