Zusammenfassung:
Photoinduced Hall currents are generated in a photorefractive strontium barium niobate crystal by excitation of non-steady-state holographic currents and by application of a modulated external magnetic field. Electrons are the dominant photoinduced charge carriers, and the Hall mobilities mu for migration along and perpendicular to the c axis are determined as mu(parallel to c), = (4 /- 1) x 10(-6) m(2) V-1 s(-1) and mu(perpendicular to c) = (1.3 /- 0.3) x 10(-6) m(2) V-1 s(-1).
