Herein we report the synthesis of 3,4-disubstituted lipophilic pyrroline nitroxides through a palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction. Lipophilic phosphonium salt and SH-specific labels (methanethiosulfonates and isoselenuronium salts) with allylic and propargylic terminal groups are also described. |
