The structure of [(C2H5)(CH3)2(C6H5)N]3Bi2Cl9 at room temperature

The structure consists of ethyldimethylphenylammonium cations and binuclear chlorobismuthate(III) anions formed by two face-sharing BiClf, octahedra. The compound has an irreversible phase transition at 363 K with an enthalpy of 13.35 kJ mol-1 and melts at 478 K. © 1996, by R. Oldenbourg Verlag, München. All rights reserved. |
