Zusammenfassung:
From ``long nights of science'' to ``science-panels for students'' and public research dialogues - in Germany, a lot has been done to generate and establish new forms of scientific communication in the last years. All these and many more forms are supposed to contribute to the overall goal of initiating and promoting a sustained dialogue between science and society. The current shortage of young people and qualified personal in MINT-professions does hereby underline the fundamental importance of an extended dialogue. This contribution introduces the project ``Experimenteller Lee(h) rstand'', which was carried out from 2014 until 2016 in Cloppenburg. At this occasion, school students presented scientific experiments and phenomena embedded in several creative formats in vacant inner-city buildings.
